Ingredients
500g Chicken meat, cut into small pieces
200g Potatoes, cut into small pieces
100ml Corn oil

2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Star anise
4 Cardamom
1 large Onion, grounded
3cm Ginger, grounded
4 cloves Garlic, grounded

50g Kurma spice
300ml Water
C
2 cubes Chicken Stock Cubes
1L Water

100ml Lactel Natural Set Yogurt
4 Red chilies, halved and quartered
100g Scallion, sliced into 5cm
2 large Onions, cut into wedges
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
100g Green beans
Steps

Heat oil in skillet and sauté ingredients A till fragrant.

Add in chicken and stir evenly.

Mix in ingredients B and cook until chicken is tender.

Add in ingredients C and D, mix well and let it simmer.

Serve hot.
