Ingredients
2 tablespoons Corn oil

1 string Curry leave
2 Onion, blended
10g Ginger, blended
2 nos Fresh chili, blended

2 tablespoons Coriander powder
2 teaspoons Cumin powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Fennel powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 tablespoons Chili powder
300g Chicken, cut into pieces

400ml Water
50g Carrot, cut into wedges
50g Brinjal, cut into wedges
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
3 Green chilies, cut into wedges
200g Lentils, pre-cooked
30g Tamarind, mix with 100ml Water
1⁄4 cup Lactel Natural Set Yogurt
1 1⁄2 tablespoons MAGGI® Cukup Rasa

Heat oil in a pot, stir fry ingredients A and B until fragrant.

Stir in chicken pieces, cooked for 5 minutes.

Add in ingredients C, let it boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve while hot with rice.
