Light Soy Sauce: a dash
White Pepper: a pinch
Lactel Nat Set Yogurt to taste
Tapioca flour
Egg: 1 whole egg

Cornstarch: a bit
Flour: a bit

Steps

Clean the chicken thighs, add salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and spread evenly.

Use Lactel Nat Set Yogurt to marinate the chicken thighs for tender texture.

After adding yogurt, spread it evenly.

Crack an egg, add tapioca flour, then massage into the chicken thighs.

Place the marinated chicken thighs in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Coat the chicken thighs with cornstarch. After heating the oil to 180 degrees Celsius, fry the chicken thighs until golden brown.

Flip the chicken thighs and fry evenly.
