Ingredients

2 teaspoons Cooking Oil
4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
4cm Ginger, thinly sliced
4 sprigs Curry leaves
5 nos Dried chilli
1 Onion thinly sliced

500g Fish head or fish cutlets
100g Lactel Natural Set Yogurt
1 sachet Fish curry powder
2 cups Water
2 teaspoons seasoning
3 nos Brinjal, cut into wedges
3 nos Lady's finger, cut
3 nos Green chilli
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
Steps

Heat oil and stir fry ingredients A until lightly brown. Stir in fish curry powder and fry until aromatic.

Add in water and bring to boil; reduce heat.

Add fish pieces, brinjal, lady's fingers and long beans. Cook until fish and vegetables are cooked.

Add in green chillies, tomatoes, Lactel Natural Set Yogurt and seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve while hot.
