Ingredients
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 tablespoon corn oil

4 tablespoons chilli paste
3 red chilli
3 onions
2cm of ginger
4 cloves of garlic

1½ grams coriander powder
1 teaspoon white cumin powder
½ teaspoon sweet cumin powder
1 tablespoon Chilli powder
C
500 grams chicken cutlets, without bones & skin
100 grams tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chicken stock cubes
500ml water
D
1 tablespoon coconut kerisik
½ cup Lactel Natural Set Yogurt
3 tablespoons black raisins
Steps

Mix ingredients A and B into a paste. Heat up oil and fry till fragrant.

Add in ingredients C and let it cook and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add in ingredients D and stir for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
