Ingredients
100g Butter, at room temperature
Suggested 8" Round Mould with movable bottom
200g Marie / Digestive Biscuits, finely milled for Yogurt Cheese
1 can (400g) Of Peaches, cut into small pieces
160g Caster Sugar
200ml Peach syrup, from the canned peaches
500g Cream Cheese, at room temperature
20g Gelatin Powder
300g Lactel Natural Set Yogurt

Combine base ingredients together and press firmly onto the base. Keep chilled.

Double boil gelatin powder with peach syrup, keep stirring it to make sure all the gelatin powder is dissolved. Leave to cool.

Beat cream cheese and castor sugar till fluffy.

Add in Lactel Natural Set Yogurt, then peaches. Mix well.

Add in (2) into the mixture.

Mix well and pour onto the biscuit base. Keep chilled for 3 hours to set mixture.
